Go Find Georad, the Crabman Blacksmith. He is on the west side of the town, do "knock drawbridge"

Georad tells you:
"Ah, I enjoy sculpting and making things out of glass. You name it, I've made it..."
Georad tells you: "Well, everything except a nice flower."

Georad tells you:
"I have heard stories of the flowers which once grew in this valley, before its transformation. Among the more glorious and fragrant, was the rose, or so histories and lore tell us. If you could find me a rose made of glass, copy it, I would be forever grateful."

Once you have the Glass Rose go back to Georad the Crabman Blacksmitth in the Crabman Village.
"give rose Georad" to complete the quest.
You give an enchanted glass rose to Georad.
